Honey Soy Tilapia

One of my favorite Talapia dishes has to be honey soy Tilapia it's very easy and quick to make.  To get started you will want to grab the following ingredients

  • 3 tablespoons honey
  • 3 tablespoons soy sauce
  • 3 tablespoons apple cider vinegar
  • 1 tablespoon minced garlic
  • 2 (3 ounce) fillets tilapia
  • cooking spray
  • 1 teaspoon freshly cracked black pepper
You will want to start with the marinade. Begin by mixing soy, honey, vinegar, and the minced garlilc together in bowl large enough to fit the fillets. Be sure to thoroughly cover the fillets in your honey soy marinade and allow to rest in the fridge for 1 to 6 hours.  Place fish on a greased or sprayed baking pan apply cracked pepper and cook at 350 degrees F for 15 minutes or until fish flakes with a fork
